SMS Terms of Service

Message Types

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Pressure Perfect including appointment confirmations, service reminders, scheduling updates, and account notifications.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service requests and appointments. You may receive messages for appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notifications, and service completion updates.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at (919) 873-3300.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Pressure Perfect does not charge for SMS messages, but standard messaging rates from your carrier will apply.

Supported Carriers

SMS service is available for all major US carriers including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other participating carriers. Service is currently limited to US phone numbers only.

Privacy

We protect your phone number and personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

Service Terms

Service Agreement

By requesting services from Pressure Perfect, you agree to these terms. All driveway cleaning services are provided by licensed operators in Apex, NC.

Scheduling & Cancellation

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
